Here are some take-aways from Bondilyn's conversation with Debra!

What is Moxie?

Moxie is a combination of being courageous, tenacious, and vivacious in everything that you do.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, there are some things you can do to center yourself.

  • Spend your ‘you’ time with people who speak life into you, rather than share their list of woes.
  • Use words of affirmation that speak to who you are.

80% of our daily speak is repetitive, so if it is negative it will create an energy around you that drags you down.

Fill your life with great affirmations! Then share those with others.

It’s OK to use the word, ‘No.’

When you receive an invitation, ask yourself two questions:

  1. Does this honor my values? Does this honor who I am at my core?
  2. Are the people who I want to spend more time with going to be there?

If it does, give it a big YES! If it doesn’t, give it a NO.

Embrace JOMO (JOY of Missing Out) over FOMO this season!
